Do not use this estate agents! Me and partner initially agreed on a rental property with the written confirmation it was based on the property being in a certain state. However when we revisited we got told none of this work would take place and found out even more problems with the property (mould, leaks,damp) When we voiced our concerns we got told again no work would be done, then we said we want to withdraw as it was not really in a liveable condition and would like our holding deposit back due to misleading information, suddenly the landlord said he would do everything and beyond so therefor we were not allowed all of our holding deposit back which was just them covering their backs. They were rude and not helpful, estate agents/landlords really do like taking your money from you!
