  An update on this review that I wrote last year. The company lost the case when we went court and they haven’t honoured the award since Nov 2022. I have sent them a statuary demand, and they still haven't paid. I have filled for winding up proceedings against them, and they know it. Apparently, they can not afford to pay their debt, and I have to recover them through the liquadation of the company. If you need more detail, reach out to me. In about 2 weeks check the gazette as there will be an advertisement on this liquidation and we will look for all creditors . DO not believe anything they say in the reply, they even lied to the arbitrator and they think by lying they can keep their business going. I have taken a screenshot of this reply which is full of lies and am also reporting them to the police for all their fraudulent act. Also ask them to show you court paperwork if what they claim about the counterclaim is real. I have not seen any paperwork from the court although I have invited them to feel free and submit their counterclaim. There is no truth to anything they say , be very careful with this company ------------ Be wary of these people. I signed a contract with them last September, for a basement job and they asked for an 80k deposit, and I paid. The project got postponed, and they hadn't spent any of my 80K deposit for anything, yet they wouldn't pay it back. Finally, after three months and my lawyer threatened to take them to court, they paid the deposit minus 12k back. I asked for an invoice, and they sent an invoice that shows 12k charges for zoom calls and text messages and emails between us during the signing of the contract phase. Please don't trust the 5-star reviews; they are not genuine. The owner is called Syed Ali, and later on, I heard he had done this a few times before. I am taking them to court to get the rest of my money back plus my lawyer fees, but stay away from these unprofessional people at all costs. Please do not make my mistake by trusting all the reviews; they are all made up. Feel free to reach out, and I will provide more information ----- I am updating my review after the response from Apollo on the 23rd of Dec. I am not in breach of contract. To keep the deposit, you started looking for an excuse to cancel the contract on my behalf to keep the depoist. My lawyer responded to your claim which had no grounds.

  Some of the most incompetent money grabbing builders you will find. You have been warned- Don’t use them! Please note that for each post that is negative, a nonsensical response is given? We are having to pay a new electrician to rectify their works. Most of the workers do not speak or understand English- which is a serious issue when communicating about projects.

  This company is a sham - avoid at all costs They lured us in with a cheap price and quick turnaround time, pressured us into signing with them. Don’t be seduced by their smooth talking staff. Lumbered with a clueless project manager who couldn’t do basic maths to get dimensions right and couldn’t manage a “drinking event in a brewery”. Workers were changing every week due to poor treatment by managers Health and safety was completely non-existent We cannot get building control sign off due to leaking roof, plumbing and unsafe and non-regulation electrical work. Nearly got fatal electric shock in the shower as they didn’t earth the faulty underfloor heating because they didn’t want to redo floor - they prefer to get their money. Quality of finishing was extremely poor and no care - paint and staining all over floor, lumpy paintwork, rough woodwork. Tried to extort us with unfounded variations and non contractual payments Avoid this company at all costs as they have put us in danger Most of their website and Facebook reviews are posted by people who work for them or family members We have already paid 25% of their cost in redoing work and the costs are still mounting Update: Just this week I had builders in to open up a ceiling under a flat roof as there had been some movement. We found that a steel beam was resting on a piece of wood, not a padstone as specified in the design. The wood had compressed resulting in roof movement. This had been done as a cheap shortcut to align with a parallel beam. Watch out customers!

  Mansion House – Xing Mai Wow. I had to write how so grateful I am. Myself and my husband, did not know where to start. Apollo really help us with the renovations. Our house is 8 bedrooms, and we wanted very new, fashionable styles especially with staircase and things. I created a look book with the Project Manager, he knew exactly where to guide me. And, I have to say, they worked really well with our structural engineer – even noticed and fixed small mistakes. We are using them now for our other properties in which we rent out for tenant purposes, but as a homeowner and for our family home, we were very impressed. A good vision of how to re purpose space and make the most of our land within the permissions. Me and my husband now consider them good friends and life long contractors for our property

  Best construction company I ever seen. Bought new house from auction within 2weeks they change completely picture of damage house. Work Is still under process completely 6 bedroom house is in refurbishment. But as the owner asked shared my experience with other so far progress. So I’m sharing my experience. I will post another review after completed job let’s see how it goes. Thanks

  I am a property developer and sharing my experience with Apollo. Having not used Apollo before I was reluctant with my new 9 build flats project as to whom to appoint. It is a very odd time of year, with the weather, Christmas holiday shut downs approaching and shorter work/labour days due to the low visibility/how early it gets dark. In that sense I expect to see a fair few road bumps in our path but I was ecstatically surprised when I saw the speed in which team were able to not only secure site, and procure materials, but just how fast they have sped through the first three stages of the scheduled works. I was not expecting the roof to be up until January at the earliest, but having visited this week, seeing the tiles already in place was phenomenal. So far Apollo have been top notch from planning, to execution, I am looking forward to see how they progress the next phase. So far Groundwork went great, Shell and frame including structural steels were impressive and the roofing has been exemplary. I would definitely use them again.

  Basement & Loft Conversion Apollo Builders are incredible! I came across Apollo visiting a relative. They were extending the house next door and I got talking to the workman outside. I was very impressed when I saw 4 big vans with there company logo and accreditation’s. I recently used them to do a Basement and Loft Conversion. Our house couldn’t look more different! It wasn’t super cheap, but It’s as if we’ve moved home! The changes were awesome. I don’t know much about building regs, but it was a doddle with Apollo. The process was easy, quick and now we have extra space for the kids sleepovers and an extra getaway in the loft. Would recommend all day everyday!
