    Appointment made on 3rd June, order agreed 4th June, blind received Friday 2nd August. Shocking customer service. After several calls to find out where my blind was, I was eventually told the first one had been damaged in transit ( I don't believe them, I think they forgot to order it ) and the second one was on order. At no point did I get an update on my order. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
