Immaculate customer service. Staff are attentive to all needs and concerns, minor or major. I was honestly impressed at the level of after-sale service. I also received a few freebies due to a minor inconvenience in which they was not liable for, but rectified the situation effectively. Even one of owners of the clinic helped out on reception and attended to me in such rapid time, just confirms I made the absolute perfect decision to go private with them specifically. Also, brought in a family member in the past and they also loved their attention to detail. All staff are knowledgeable, helpful and polite. Honestly, you’re in trusted hands!

Very happy with my experience at Apolline House. I had 3 appointments recently with Maya and she is very friendly and professional and my mouth now feels brand new. I also am very happy with my dentist, Simon, who was also very patient with my sister when I accompanied her as she has learning difficulties and is scared of the dentist and can therefore be a challenging patient and he was great with her. I have also found the Apolline receptionists to always be very friendly and helpful.

The first time I attended this practice a year and a half ago, they were excellent, lovely practice and friendly staff. However I have not been impressed since. I have an abscess in my tooth that is agony of which my tooth requires root canal. On calling, they were happy to book me in for a same day checkup and take deposit straight away. Before paying, I checked with them, that I definitely need root canal and this needs booking ASAP rather than a look at it and if they can confirm fees and when this could be booked in. They called me back 60 mins later and said they can't fit me in for root canal on a dental abcess which is emergency treatment for over a month. Why they think that's fine to try get a deposit without telling me this is unbelievable especially for required urgent treatment. My last checkup was also an unpleasant experience of which my booked dentist was unwell and the other dentist tried to rush my appointment so he could finish. When I pointed out he hadn't done the extra polish and scale I paid for, he did it, but he really rushed this and he could tell I found it uncomfortable. Felt like I was being treated by the dentist in little shop of horrors. Personally not going back here, maybe I've just had bad luck. But I feel like they're trying to milk as much money out of you as possible and don't really care about their patients.
