Wanted to top up my electricity like i have done for years. Too be told no card only cash instantly felt dodgy. I was buy two drinks and was told i can do 20 pound rather than the 50 i wanted. I have since contacted and complained to Paypoint. They have reassured me that this is against there conractual agreement and its against the law to add a surcharge, minimum amount spent in store and to refuse my means of payment which waa card to use there paypoint. It was an absolute joke! And to make out like she was doing me a favour by saying i can do 20 pounds because i had drinks is an absolute joke!!
