Saddly I cannot but under-rate an organozation that doesnt refund the exam bookings in the event of emergencies. The exams are a tad too expensive to just take the money from people and say sorry. And the 10 days rule doesnt apply to emergencies, disease, accidents. We cannot plan those. I wont be taking any other exam with APMG and will make sure I will advise everyone I know as well.
