    Waited two weeks for order to arrive when I called to chase eta they said they don’t do orders of 5 anymore but I could buy 10. He then lied to say he sent me an email and it might have spammed. No email was sent other than 2 spam marketing emails nothing about not sending order or refund even in my spam! ! Complete waste of my time! only reason why I gave two stars is because they refunded straight away after the phone call- if I didn’t call I’d never receive anything, I’m avoiding this company now 😂

    Charged next day delivery and the product was out of stock, which I discovered after chasing as there was no notification and no contact from the company. The product was needed for an event so this messed a lot of things up - will not be buying from them again

    Amazing service from start to finish. What's more, they have extremely high standards for quality. I had an email saying that my original design, submitted via their website, wasn't producing the quality of box they would like. They suggested some amendments to the design, which they undertook and got the new design printed and shipped within 48 hours. The boxes are of a superb quality and so is the foil embossing on them. Shirls, who I’ve been dealing with, was first class with quick responses to emails, great suggestions on how to get around the issues they were seeing and keeping me informed of the progress. This attention to customer service was nice to see, as this wasn’t a high value order for them, just a little run of 50 boxes. I’d highly recommend them and will be looking to use them again for anything else we need in the future
