It was my first time coming to Apinya. I have had a lower back injury for the past 6 months and honestly after one session, the pain has decreased hugely!!!! I cannot believe it, so grateful to Gai who was incredibly skilled. I didn’t know what to expect but Gai made me feel so comfortable and at ease. My whole body feels so much better (I had a Thai massage). I will be back!! Thank you so much.

Amazing Grace! I had a fantastic 1 hour massage today with Grace. She is very good at what she does and knows exactly where to massage and with the right amount of pressure. I have come away feeling so much lighter and cannot wait to return for my next massage. I will definitely be recommending to friends and family.

I’ve had two sessions now with Gai and her treatment has already significantly relieved tension and improved my range of flexibility in long-standing problem areas. Beware if asking her for firm pressure as Gai doesn’t hold back! But the borderline ABH is totally worth it for how much better I now feel. I have been to Apinya twice for the 90-minute Thai massage with Grace. I have enjoyed all of my massages and have been made to feel welcome and relaxed by all staff. The salon is always clean and tidy, with warm massage rooms accompanied by relaxing music and incense burners. I highly recommend Grace and Apinya for any massage services for a truly relaxing experience.

I don’t normally give reviews, but I felt it important to advise the following I have spent many years working out at the gym, without too much, stretching and muscle care I am 56 years of age The buildup over the years has caused my shoulders to seize up, and I am unable to lift my arms up more than 60° I’ve tried stretching myself and have seen my local GP This is also caused me to have arthritis Where my shoulders are tight and has caused friction between the bones Earlier this year, I was given a present from my partner for a massage which I attended and felt better after since then I have booked every week with Dao She has changed the way I feel through her treatments, specifically using the tapping process which relieves the tightness around my shoulders I have to say That the treatment given was life changing for me Albeit a slow process this has completely reversed. The problem I can now lift my arms, and I’m able to sleep much better than before. I would highly recommend anybody that has sports, injuries tightness and muscle fatigue to contact the shop and ask for Dao She is very knowledgeable on how the body moves, and on inspection of a problem would be able to diagnose a course of reparative actions to alleviate or improve most problems I’m very happy with the treatment It also made me feel younger as my whole body now moves in a way reminiscence of my youth I will be using Dao on a regular basis to try and keep my body moving and supple to support my re-energised activities

I've has several appointments with Dao at Apinya Epping. She specializes in Tok Sen (Tapping Massage). She also does excellent deep tissue massage. The Tapping Massage is unusual and very effective in relaxing muscles and clearing energy blockages.
