I have become aware that this is a one man company by someone who is a tree surgeon not qualified as a consultant, yet the business is to act to prepare Tree Protection Surveys for clients doing so online without site visits. Clearly it is questionable to create such surveys unless qualified to do so. It is highly questionable to create two such surveys for the same site within 6 months of each other showing widely differing tree protection zones for the same group of trees. The first survey date Feb 2022 showing a zone area that would make the addition of an extra property on the site ruled out without encroaching on that zone. The second survey dated August 2022 shows a much reduced tree protection zone for the same group of trees, making it possible to consider the addition of a further property, as proposed by the potential developer, without there being a conflict with that reduced zone.
