My business employed the services of an APHC member for a significant amount of plumbing works, I raised 6 individual complaints to APHC about their members workmanship and my dissatisfaction with the service received. APHC have a clause that allows them to opt out of investigating complaints that form part of a business to business contract. Be careful if you employ an APHC member to work for you is you are a business, I do not award any stars, zero is not an option
