Absolutely love my news windows. We had 14 windows replaced and from start to finish the customer service was fantastic. We had a few hiccups along the way but the team rectified everything and were always super friendly and polite. Also, the sales guy wasn’t pushy at all which was so much nicer than some of the other companies we had quotes from. Thank you Apex Windows 😊

I had all my windows and front door replaced by Apex Windows a couple of years ago now and overall, I'm pleased with the service they provide. Initially when the work was done, I noticed a small dent in the front door, but this was replaced for a new front door soon after. I also had some issues with the window handles where the thin layer of chrome kept peeling off after a few months, but they came to replace the ones that had been affected. Most recently, I noticed this layer of chrome on the window handles peeling off again, but they were happy to upgrade all the window handles with solid chrome ones free of charge and I'm very happy with that. I've never had any issues with them, and they've always carried out any issues without any hassle. I would recommend them highly.
