Well, first of all they are not a removal company. They are just a broker! In fact when you call they are very quick to respond and send you the invoice where you have to pay the deposit (which is their commission) and the rest as they advise could be paid to the removal guys in cash or whatever you want. After you pay they will find the cheapest and most dodgy removal company in UK which could be 100 miles away from you to do the job but Apex will not give you any contact for these people in fact if the day of the job the real removal company is late (and they always are) and you try to call Apex office they have your number stored and will not answer the phone. I suggest you if you are ever so insane to use Apex to contact them with a different phone or hide your number otherwise you will not get a response. Our experience was terrible, they have damaged our furnitures and our flat during the moving and one of the removal guy tried to say that our furniture was already damaged. They have promised to refit our wardrobe but suddenly the guys have not able to do it so left us with no wardrobe for weeks and an extra cost for fitting it. So again if you are so insane to use Apex take a pics of all your furniture before the removal happen. What else can I say. they are fake and the job they arrange for you is even worst. Stay away from them if you can and call a real business for your moving. They are just greedy brokers

Apex Removals Southampton did a fantastic job at helping me move over the Christmas break. A likely stressful experience had it not be for the friendly removals team who treated my stuff as if it were there own. Lots of stuff moved in a very short space of time. A joyful experience to say the least. Thanks guys!
