AVOID!!! I had an appointment today to write a will at 1000. This was confirmed in writing by email. It was booked in November 2022 and I waited 3 months for the appointment. I also took a morning off work to have this appointment. The company had no appointment booked in with me and didn’t even know who I was. They came up with lots of excuses saying it wasn’t booked in but I have email evidence it was. There communication was awful and I wouldn’t waste your time with this company.

If you're moving house I really recommend using Taylor Bracewell. Andrew Smith and his team are absolutely fantastic. The communication is 10/10 and I wouldn't be surprised if Andrew owns the world record for the fastest time to respond to an email.
