We have just used Apex to replace all of our fascia, soffit and guttering. What a fantastic job all round! Stacey our fitter was meticulous and you wouldn’t have known he had been there at the end of each day because he was so tidy. Really pleased with the work, would highly recommend!

Cheeky buggers removed my original review. Signed the contract for my door in July 2020. Was promised a quick turnaround for the new door which was one of the unique selling points, hence why we picked APEX. We paid just over £3.5k for a front door, patio door and two patio windows. Took over a year to fix my problem and my door still jams occasionally.I also have video proof of occasions when my door would not open. This is a major health and safety hazard. Months of chasing for updates and very poor customer service. I then received a letter from Apex where they sent me a invoice for £496. I had owed them £396 which they agreed for me to withhold since back in October there were issues with my installation. However they added a extra £100.00 as a call out fee for the visit in August from the manufacturer. This was a double whammy, as no where was I told for the manufacturer to come out to have a look at the door there would be a charge. Also I had waited over 1 year and this company has no decency to waiver the remaining balance as their customer service is shocking and this whole experience has caused me and my family a lot of stress. Furthmore I was lied to as I was told my door locking system was faulty and a new door was being ordered. I waited since July 2020 and to find out only in July 2021 that actually I will not be getting a new door as originally stated. Overall experience was shocking, would not recommend this firm. Customer service was very poor,no one had a clue when I called for updates. I always had to chase. No apology given, just blamed the manufacturer and covid. Continuously lied, first promising me with a brand new replacement door ,then at the end adding a hidden fee of £100.00. Please avoid this company, my inquires were never taken seriously and I was not treated as a valued customer. I am someone who is very respectful and I fully believe this company has taken my kindness as a weakness here. I am very surprised they have 4 stars on google reviews. They have inflated their reviews with positive feedback as some of the people who have written the reviews work for the company. Also they have deleted my original post and doing the same for the bad reviews they get. My front door still jams occasionally, which if it continues I will raise a dispute via my credit card company. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I paid 2500 for my front door they fixed it but the door is stuck and the company isnt being helpful at all we paid the full money in time but when we called regarding our front door is stuck and we cant get out there attitude was as such that they didnt care and wanted us to wait till monday for them to do something and my whole family is stuck inside the house, I got individual whose got medical issues so incase of emergency I cant even get an ambulance cause the front door won't open. I got a brother who works night shift in a warehouse who is unable to go to work cause our front door doesn't open. I Spoke to one the managers and he said he will call back in 20 mins and then he switched his phone off. Really really bad customer service and no empathy or no values at all. I'm sorry but I am very disappointed and disgusted that a company and their staff isn't willing to fix their mistakes or amend it and expect the customers to deal with it.

I ordered a door with this company in January 2022. The time for installation was supposed to be 4 to 6 weeks. Finally had it fitted in June 2022. Door wouldn't open after 6 hours of it being fitted. Customer service has been appalling. Barely any discount given for such long waiting period and faulty installation. Very argumentative and disrespectful customer service, was even being threatened by them. Despite our family being completely stuck inside and it being an emergency situation, there has been neither an urgency or guarantee to get the situation fixed. We are shocked and disgusted by this behaviour from Apex. We wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
