    Apex cars andover - Taxi no 21 - The lady on the phone was lovely. The cab driver on the other hand did not say a word the entire journey , not even a hello, which isn’t necessarily a big deal but the taxi driver had also clearly just finished an entire cigarette in the vehicle seconds prior to our pick up. We ended up paying £7.40 to come home smelling like a fag ashtray.
