(Edit on 18/6/2021 - Paint chipped off and they didn't even strip off the original paint. Oh well at least I got the 'Free Delivery' which was defo worth the £30 and 3 week wait... Great quality & value let down by awful customer service. First of all I'd like to mention that the powder coating job on my spring was great, I asked for the spring to be powder-coated red and it was very well done, however, I was extremely disappointed by the lack of customer service. As someone who works in customer services, I absolutely hate to be the person who has to write such a negative review. The spring was arranged to be painted and sent back to me within 2-3 working days of receiving it. This took almost 3 weeks and I had absolutely zero feedback from anyone. Every time I called to get an update, I was given fake deadlines and delivery dates with promises that I'll get a call back, which I never did. Firstly I was told that my spring was posted next day delivery, 2 days later I called up and was told that the parcel was sent back to APC. The owner assured me that he would get one of his drivers to drop it off for me that night. No one came or called... Next day I tried calling up again from my mobile, rang 4 times straight to voicemail. I was a bit confused so I tried giving a call from a different number... bingo! phone was answered instantly :D The owner told me that the driver didn't show up to work but assured me he'll be back in the next day and will drop off the spring after 4:30. So the next day I waited... and waited... seeing the pattern again? Yup no one showed up. So I called again the next day... owner told me that the driver finished late and didn't have time to drop off my spring. At this point I wasn't too pleased and asked for some answers as this was becoming a loop. The owner didn't like this and told me "Its just a spring son, its just a spring" (we're speaking of a £80 Cane Creek spring here but oh well...) In the end I finally got my spring and I'm very pleased with it. I just wish I was treated with honesty and was given basic feedback.

I had some blind boxes powder coated with APC. Michael could not have been more helpful, professional and friendly, they are extremely reasonable in price and have a quick turn around, along with their finish being impeccable. I would not go anywhere else for powder coating, definitely a reputable company.
