This is in regards to Apartment Wharf in general - not this flat. Avoid this agency, they will try to charge unreasonable fees once you leave with charges that are not justified or very old. My case was an electricity bill from 1 year ago - plus they are trying to charge extra for each day before the deposit return is settled (dodgy over dodgy). I have heard similar comments from 3 tenants in my same flat.
