We recently completed on a purchase of a house sold through AP Morgan Stourbridge. Once our offer had been accepted, our APM contact was Sharon, in after sales. We have moved house a lot, and have to say that the service we received from Sharon was outstanding. Even though she wasn’t ‘our’ estate agent, Sharon regularly went above and beyond to ensure our sale completed and worked very hard to ensure everyone in our long chain was kept up to date. If we ever move again, I would want Sharon acting on my behalf, as she did everything she could to make a very stressful process go as smoothly as possible.

If I could put 0 stars I would do it. Worst experience ever!!! We bought our first house with AP Morgan and the only thing I can say that is the customer service is awful!!!! they only care about the sellers interest. They do not communicate with the buyers, you will not get any update unless you chase them. The first agent who was in charge of our purchase has left the company and we have not been informed about it. From the day we had our offer accepted to the completion date it has been a real stress. All because of lack of professionalism and work ethic. I will definitely not recommend this estate agent!!

We are so pleased we chose AP Morgan to sell my sisters property following her death. All the staff were very caring and helpful, Sharon Dan and Nathan in particular were always available to answer any queries, and as we lived over an hour plus away they were very helpful in arranging prospective buyers visits and saving us trips to the property to retrieve various documents required for the sale to proceed.
