Had a day out booked, trains cancelled day before so found this company online spoke to someone on WhatsApp got all booked in great 👍 day of booking didn't show up on time, rang them said they were going to be late by about 45mins, never told me in advance so we would have been waiting without no communication. Got back in touch and basically asked realistically how late and they said over an hour. So we cancelled. missed out on a £180 fair. If your going to have a company that basically people relay on you for a service you can't just turn up when it suits you. Absolutely shocking and I would definitely NOT recommend.
