It was a big mistake trying to do business with this company, We did not want to give them any star rating but unfortunately this choice was unavailable. Nine months ago, Naresh Khanna (also known as Mac) came and gave us a quote for a conservatory, he sold us the dream and said it will be completed within two months. He was putting on a big smile and calling us friends and brothers. We believed and paid him £4000 “deposit”, not long after that they said they wanted to buy the material and asked for another payment of £4000. It’s been nine months now and all we left with is a messy garden and a half built wall. We called them so many times and left messages but no response. The state of our house is causing us so much stress and anxiety. So far they took £8000 (and another £850 paid to Naresh separately to reposition the boiler in the kitchen, which still hasn’t been done, and he asked us not to mention to the company that we gave him this money). This review is to be continued and the next time I’m going to talk in more detail. Please be aware, stay away from this dodgy company and don’t believe a word of what charming Naresh says. We have contacted the trading standards and our solicitors is filing a case against them. We’re now in the process of taking Naresh and Pav and this fake company to court.

This was supposed to be a 2-day install, but Gill and Parveen found our old windows to be much more complicated to remove than they expected. In spite of this they tackled the problem bay windows with professionalism and cheerfulness which I can only admire. They managed the install thoroughly and to a high standard, cleaning up behind them. I will certainly recommend, and use again.

Great team all round, from sales to fitters and after care. They fitted our window and french doors during the snow but they worked hard and got them done in 2 days. Had a couple of very slight issues following fitting, I phoned the company and within an hour, fitter was back to correct issues. I would definitely recommend AP Glazing and I will be using them for my bay window in the future. THANK YOU.

I can't believe i had gone with this company to do all my windows and doors I'm totally gutted they've ruined my home. They have made the house colder. I've made complaints and they won't reply to messages or answers calls. I have a vulnerable 3yrs old in the house. The weather is awful at the minute and they just don't care. There's gaps in all the windows and doors the heat escapes it's so bad. Even my nose is so cold even with extra clothes on. We are wasting so much money in gas that's just escaping out the windows and doors. They won't send us a Sensa certificate either. The job was completed Oct 2022 and it's December 2022
