Aonyx has serviced my Control 4 system for years. Called them up with an issue today and requested an engineer to come and take a look. They emailed me back to say they don’t service London clients anymore. Not sure why they couldn’t have just told me over the phone. Disappointing this is how they treat existing customers. Just dropped without ceremony.

Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. A significant investment in something I thought would be amazing and really misled in terms of the quality of delivery.
