Had a dozen oysters and a kilo of mussels, from AO this weekend, oysters were the best I have had, and the mussels were first class, told my daughter and she will be putting in an order, and I will be ordering again. Thank you AO Seafoods.

AO seafoods are scammers! They send you smelly out of date fish and when you return it they do not refund you. Further to this, they supplied us for years and we always trusted their weights of fish per kilo. We realised one day that they were invoicing for 10 kilos when there was only 9kilos of salmon for example. We intentionally didn't say anything to see if it was a mistake or not. the next 4 times they did the same thing. So they had clearly done this for years, possibly costing us tens of thousands. complete scammers avoid at all costs!!

I asked delivery to my flat (I am walking impaired) and asked again via intercom. But deliver guy just dumped the parcel the front door. Fish ordered as frozen were half frozen. Wondering how many freeze-thaw cycles are in their supply chain. Fish ordered as degutted were not.
