The manager seems to treat customers differently depending on their race. I would not go to the shop anymore.

So much fun. Madly quirky and only here for a very limited time. Gets busy particularly at weekends so come early to avoid disappointment (they do close the queue to ensure people get through before the shop actually closes) taste as many flavours as you like and choose to buy either scoops or a whole tub (branded limited edition cool bags also available to purchase) 2 scoops only £3.50 so actually quite a bargain. We tried kikkomans soy sauce, HP sauce, PG tips, heinz mayo, quaker oats, Lyons golden syrup, Bird's custard, kelloggs coco pops and frosties flavours (we brought some too) but also on offer were lea and perrins Worcestershire sauce, heinz baked beans, heinz tomato sauce, polo mints and heinz salad cream. Completely crazy! I loved it!

We went at about 5pm on a Tuesday and there was no queue. Unfortunately they had sold out of ketchup! We had golden syrup, Coco pops and Quaker oats which were all delicious! Staff were really friendly and helpful. Just a shame you can't try one or two flavours before you buy as some of them are a bit risky!

Travelled 40 minutes then walked for 25 in the pouring rain with a baby and toddler only to find out by the time we got there that their freezer was down. The staff said ‘oh but you can still buy the tubs’ (which FYI cost a whopping £10 per 500ml tub). As if i would buy a whole tub without tasting to see if i liked it first?! In the end a man who i assumed was the manager said they would try to let me taste what they could from the ice creams that were in the broken freezer… I tried 4 flavours as those were the only ones available and they were absolutely disgusting! So so glad i didn’t purchase a tub. Only more annoying thing is i was CHARGED full price for the tubs they gave me out of the ice creams in a broken freezer!! Terrible terrible experience - this is such an overrated social media hyped, money grabbing place! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I took my two teenage children, Went weekday just after 12. Around 10 people in and around shop, no massive ques. Was served in 10 minutes. Great concept but very over priced for what it is. Your only allowed to try two different flavours using the taster. My children wanted to get a tub so we went in and out of the shop to try couple more flavours. We tried, syrup, custard, frosties, tea, ketchup. They all taste quite similar considering, but the ketchup has a distinct original flavour. The ones we tired mostly tasted of vanilla. (apart from ketchup) £3.50 for one scoop, although people were getting two scoops not sure how much. In terms of size of scoop in tub depends. You get lucky depending on who serves you. A lady served me and my scoop was bearly a scoop and was melted. She was very irritated and rushing, despite there not being a big que. I was not happy for £3.50. I couldn't get a picture of it, there would been nothing. But luckily my two children's where better. But they had different servers, which shouldn't be how it is. My children brought two tubs to take home £10 pounds each and £5 pounds for a cool bag. (Optional) Which is just a paper lunch bag with some ice cubes. (Ours slightly damaged) Not a good cool bag, so I recommend bringing your own cool bag. if going to buy tubs As it's not a cool pack, just ice cubes in a ice cube bag. Great for children but way over priced. Especially as the money wasn't for charity or good causes. It's a designer project icecream. Not worth the price at all. They should do special deals with the tubs. like get free cool bag, Or one half price. Feels a bit more like cashing in on social media trends. Then an ice cream shop or palour.
