    My wife went for a massage today with a voucher I bought her for mother's day (£65!). When she arrived, she realised the voucher was out of date by a week or so.. really short expiry on these vouchers... why?! The therapist at the massage place contacted an admin centre who confirmed the voucher was out of date. But then texted the therapist to say it was ok, to let my wife use the voucher anyway. However the therapist still refused my wife and told her the voucher could not be used and she could not have a massage despite my wife trying to point out the text saying she could. I'm sure their massage service is fine but their customer service clearly has issues. My wife said she could have cried as she left. We've since been in touch with Rosa Thai to complain, who have offered that we could come back - on a weekday only! - why would we risk this happening all over again?
