Absolutely poor food was cold when arrived and was half an hour late from the later time I was quoted !! The driver was rude and when I rung to complain they kept talking over me. When they realised that I ordered through just eat they started laughing and told me they weren’t going to give me my money back. So angry not even an option to rectify the food I have sitting here !! Only that next time I can get half off !! When I said that the whole order was cold on just eat it told me to call restaurant so what am I supposed to do they just left laughing

Usually great however tonight via ubereats massive let down. Only after I chased the order was I told they couldn't deliver and there was a problem with ubereats and I needed to contact them for a refund. There was still time for them to deliver however this wasn't even offered. Loyal customer now looking elsewhere!

Updated review. After speaking to the owner/manager about my review I'm pleased to say it was handled in a professional way and after an explanation I am prepared to try again when the occasion arises Because Anuka haven't got ceylon on there menu I went for madras. Not sure what is was, more like chicken in some sort of gravy. Disappointed and won't order from them again

Ordered on Uber eats and the food was over an hour late. Called up and had a rude guy that hung hung up on me when I asked where the food was. I called back and again the guy was extremely rude and unapologetic. Was so frustrated and hungry that I drove all the way to the restaurant myself to get the food. When I arrived the food wasn’t even ready, had to wait again. The food was then stone cold when we opened it. Tempura prawns and the calamari were soggy and cold, all sushi fell apart as soon as we tried to pick it up. Extremely poor quality, spent over £70 on dinner and it was so terrible we will NEVER be ordering from here again. The reviews on justeat and ubereats speak VOLUMES, and I wish I’d read them before I wasted my money on this. Never again, steer clear.

The service was really bad we had to wait ages just to ask for a drink! The poor young lad was getting it in the ear constantly as people were waiting ages for food etc! They seem to be more interested in the takeaway side of it and do not look after the customers sitting in the restaurant!! When the food did come it was really nice!! It’s a shame! Focus more on your customers in shop instead of takeaways no wonder why it only had 3 people in!!
