After receiving an email and text confirmation from the salon, the come back 8 days after to cancel my appointment. They said we have more important customers that is why they cancelled my appointment. When asked them why did so after confirming by text few days ago, they responded with denial... Shameful customer service and dishonest behaviour. (Addition) In response to your reply. The details you are presenting are not accurate! I have received the confirmation email on 19th Mar 2021, then on 24th Mar 2021 I received a confirmation text which I believe sent by your salon. Please don't blame it on Treatwell!
