Emailed to enquire about a couple of swords. was looking to purchase something for around 3 to 5 thousand pounds. While collecting photographs and information on the pieces I had under consideration. I made an enquiry to which a gentleman whom I wont name here because I want to allow him the opportunity to apologize, responded EXTREMELY rudely, treated me like a tire kicking time waster merely for making an enquiry. Any inclination I had to spend my money with them evaporated instantly. This person then immediately blocked my email address from making further enquiries. Horrible Customer service, condescending and rude. My (thankfully) limited interaction with them was entirely negative. I whole heartedly recommend looking elsewhere and avoid dealing with this shop.
