I asked for a trim with layers. The stylist suggested using ‘invisible layering’ rather than normal layering and told me she had lots of experience with curly hair. I don’t think she knew how to cut very curly hair or how to do invisible layers . She hacked at my entire head of hair including the outer layer, My hair is ruined as a result of the cut - just a frizzy mess. I can’t wear it down and have to wear it tied up in a bun everyday. The stylist (Jess T) refunded the cost of the cut but this doesn’t rectify the mistake . I did go to an experienced hairdresser in Leeds and he advised me that the cut was poor but that I would need to wait for it to grow out (I have long hair!). Always leave this place over the moon with my hair. Jess is such a wonderful stylist and very knowledgeable, always giving me tips on how to keep my hair healthy and consistently makes my hair look and feel amazing! All the staff here are very friendly and welcoming. Nice clean salon and professional service every single time. Not extortionate prices either, and brilliant value for money.
