Had the 3rd MOT & Service carried out on my Suzuki Swift at Anthony Betts Leighton Buzzard. I initially came across them during COVID when I was looking for a garage who could collect my car to carry out the above. Sadly other Suzuki dealerships which were closer to me either had bad reviews or simply were not prepared to come out to me in Rickmansworth. Steve in Service called to confirm my booking the day before and arranged for Nick the driver to collect my car the following morning. I had good communication with Steve throughout the day and the car was returned back to me in the evening. As always brilliant service from Steve, (Callum & Ben previously), Nick and Gavin. I will definitely continue to use Anthony Betts in the future and recommend them to others. An honest company that goes the extra mile to provide good customer service. Thank you once again guys!

It’s worrying buying a car, big investment. My paranoia is the biggest problem, who do you trust? Are they only after your money? Arthur Daley type attitude. After contacting Grant within a few minutes he put me completely at ease, he was only interested in what was best for me and my requirements. I’ve used Anthony Betts twice and on this occasion Mr Betts came out to shake my hand and see me off. Grant has a great attitude which seems to flow upwards to the owner. I'm not one to write a review, however, I felt I had to on this occasion. I made an online enquiry overnight and the next morning I had a call from Grant in the sales team. I was interested in the Audi A3 they had for sale. Grant took his time to go through everything in detail over the phone, ensuring every step of the way I understood everything. He sent me a detailed video of the vehicle and agreed to deliver the car direct to my home address with no hesitation. Day of the delivery come Grant arrived as expected, remaining professional, going through again in detail everything and checking everything was okay. The whole experience from Grant and the team at Anthony Betts was amazing. Kept to there word, first class service. It shows customer service is not always bad and will be certainly sending business your way in the future. Thanks again Grant 5*

We dropped in on the off-chance of replacing a recently destroyed C3 (courtesy of inexperienced driver with a desire to get home quickly at our expense). Met by Chris Stansfield who spotted us wandering on the forecourt. Cutting a long story short, he did his job - found us exactly what we wanted & we have a very nice Vitara. Thanks Chris.
