    I recently visited Antepliler Restaurant with my family, and I must say it was an incredibly disappointing experience. Despite the restaurant's appealing decoration, the taste and quality of the food left much to be desired. I expressed my dissatisfaction to the manager, but unfortunately, they seemed unresponsive and merely apologized without taking any action to address the issue. The food we ordered was poorly cooked and lacked the flavors we were expecting. What's worse is that I had explicitly mentioned to the manager beforehand about my preference for well-cooked dishes, but it was clear that they didn't take my request seriously. It was disheartening to see that even after voicing my concerns, they made no effort to rectify the situation. To add insult to injury, when I raised my complaint about the food, they still charged me without offering any compensation or gesture of goodwill. This lack of customer care further added to my unhappiness with the overall experience. Considering the subpar food quality, the unhelpful response from the manager, and the lack of consideration for customer satisfaction, I cannot in good conscience recommend anyone to visit Antepliler Restaurant. My family and I had a truly terrible experience, and we will not be returning. Save yourself the disappointment and choose a different dining option instead.

    Was very disappointed with my meal. I had the shish kebab and the meat tasted nothing like lamb and they marinade so much to hide the cheap cuts of meat. Even the rice with it was bland, salad was average. So after spending £30 was left with a bad taste in the mouth. Will never go back again. Like most places, when they first open they make more effort and then gradually go down hill.

    The food was ok but the customer service was horrible. They even doesn't care about what you ask. And even not look at your face. We r3cieved missed food and we ask3d for it but never came. Last time we asked for ice cream but they just said i will come in a min. But never came. Anyway. End of it they charged us for what we didn't have. So asked to take off. They again didn't apologise for it. I felt like I was wrong or I did something rude. But no. I was gonna say sorry for that I coulnt enjoy my visiting. Basickly If you don't really want us yo come there easily tell us and we can leave.
