Visited and was seen straight away. No issues with either Midwife or Student - both professional and friendly. The building itself is a little run down including the toilets.

Bare minimum service, you walk in alive, check a box and leave alive. Not a welcoming environment; had bloods done here. No-one was on front desk on 2 separate occasions, followed signs for bloods and knocked on first available staffed room. Informed that bloods were not labelled correctly on first occasion so had to go back a second time. Second nurse was rude and did not sanitise area before drawing blood. Provided cotton to hold in place after but no plaster. Highly concerning treatment at such an early stage so changed care provider.

The place looks dirty, the toilets by the reception were smelly and filthy considering covid they shudv made sure cleanliness was important. My growth appointment on both days was at 12.50 but wasn't seen for 45mins. The waiting area seats are u comfy, its literally hard wood seating, considering its a clinic for pregnant women they should have better seating i was very uncomfortable n considering she was late for my scan i had to suffer both with waiting and seated uncomfortably. The sonographer was nice but reception staff aren't that friendly. I'm glad Its not my main antenatal clinic. My doctors surgery is wat better that this place.

Midwife are nice but some staffs are downright rude and unprofessional! The receptionist would have received their final payslip long ago if they were in a private company. I think they have a mutual competition on who smiles the least or appears the most unwelcoming! And they are you first point of entry, so it sets the mood brilliantly (sarcasm). And if you are here for a scan and are 5 min late because you fiddled with the computer at the entrance and waited 5 minutes for staff to stop gossiping and realized you are here to give your notes only to be told that you are late (5min) despite you being on time in the clinic!! And when you mentioned that to them they still say you are late! That was my first scan. But no one say sorry to you when they are 30 min late! How super rude! And scan staff having their little chatter and had to be reminded that someone is waiting for a scan. That was the second scan. And I even heard the lady you leave the note to say to staff we were ok and good! What does that mean? Do they provide a better service if they seems to like you?!
