    I had to drop off a request for my meds today so I posted it in the letter box in foyer. The box was full to bursting with repeat medication requests and visible to all and sundry using the service. This is private patient data can we have the box emptied more frequently please. Thank you.

    Hard to get a face to face appointment. Difficult receptionist! Half of the time you can't get through! Once took me off trammadol without tapering and I was In a big mess!! Needed a letter off the doctor once and had wrong info on and had to go back and be redone several times. I had a copy of my doctors notes and immensely important things missing and completely false information on my notes!!!!!!

    Disgusted! Just had my Covid booster jab here - not one person wearing a mask, none of the staff or the nurses doing the jabs! What's the point of having a mass vaccination day when NONE of the 'professionals' are taking precautions. Play it safe - go elsewhere.

    Very kind and lovely staff! My first time there since moving to the area and felt very comfortable, even when I went back because I forgot my prescription. Doctor also had a time for me and felt like she listened to what I was saying. Thank you! Agree that patients should just be kind and understanding. They're doing all they can - be kind to our NHS <3

    Unbelievable this morning put my husbands prescription I last week used the manufacturers name as on the box receptionist doesn't know what it is so doesnt request it but does not bother ringing to query it now out of tablets and no help given at all also poor pharmacy have no end of co.plaints a morning, written ck.plaing being g made this pinot that I think it will do any good , hours to get through for nothing

    A new low for the Doctors. Been trying for 2.5 hours to get through to make an appointment for my disabled wife only to get an engaged tone, not even been put into a queue. Decided to pay a visit to Dinnington to make an appointment in person. Lovely receptionist informs me she can't make an appointment and I need to ring. I pointed out that I couldn't get through to be told 'it's becacause of the Bank Holiday, the lines are busy, just keep trying, I'm too busy and can't access that system'. Still trying as we speak. Appalling service.

    Doctors are OK. Nurses aren't that good. Was refused antibiotics for a infection as didn't have a temperature. I obviously didn't have a temperature as I have been taking paracetamol all weekend until I could get into the doctors. Definitely worth going somewhere els if in pain
