Awful. Please avoid using if you can. Arrogant staff, poor communication, often arrive to be told medication 'hasn't come in' without notifying that there is a problem. This is dangerous and leave patients exposed.

Always have an issue with my medication. Told its not there to find out it is. The wrong amount given when my son went back with the little slip they gave him, hewas told no, that was an old prescription it wasn't, I then returned and due to the fact they took the slip I couldn'tcollect my owed tablets. Apparently, the pharmacist told my husband he didn't want to open a new bottle. Gave me the completely wrong dose of a medication, wasnt until I had a frantic call from the dr and told to not take it I realised. It just seems so unorganised. Would like to go collect medication without any issues. So difficult phoning as the phone is so rarely answered. Got to the point I dread collecting medication as so stressful.

The only good thing about this place is the long opening hours, which gives plenty of time for the repeated trips... The staff either need to get new jobs or accept that they are in a customer service job and get better at it, very rude and make gestures such as eye rolling to other members of staff when something slightly inconveniences them. I'd suggest anyone to find somewhere else to get their prescriptions.
