Ineffective servicing & breathtakingly bad customer service. In November we booked a repair & service of a very basic electric entry gate and by December the same problem returned - we were charged another call-out & engineer fee. The issue persisted and this month we asked for an engineer - Ansador suggested we pay a further call out and engineer fee. Ansador Head of Small Works said they might let us off the call-out bit we’d still pay the engineer upfront. Total would still be nearly £800 - & no guarantee of their work. We’re taking our business elsewhere.

Really poor service, the MD made promises that he didn't keep, we let down a good client based on those promises. We gave them two opportunities to rectify things and were completed stonewalled. If this is the level of service you receive from the owner/upper management i would hate to see how the site team operate. We will never use again, buyer beware.
