An outside Company to answer the phones on my behalf...... I was sceptical. Why use someone who does not know my business? How wrong I could be! After a couple of training sessions with one of their supervisor / trainers. We came up with a script and manner to answer the calls, we devised a set of questions to get as much information ready for a call to be returned. Ansacom took on my call answering. I put my phone on do not disturb, and the call is answered professionally. Calls are answered quickly, using the right questions pertinent to my business, the full descriptive messages are then sent over to me via email & also text messages when I am out visiting clients, which I pick up, and respond to. Customers believe that they are speaking to one of the team in the office! The other good thing - all those sales calls, from prospecting people trying to sell services or wanting to speak to the person who deals with xyz within my company, they are weeded out, no messages to me to ring them back, and best of all NOT charged for. What more can you ask for?
