It saddens me to have to put on such a negative review. I drive the 12 miles particularly to go to this shop wanting a bikini. On waking in we were not welcomed in anyway - in fact it felt like we were a nuisance. Another lady leaving the store looked over to us and raised her eyebrows - it was apparent that she too was not happy. After giving my size three times I went into the changing room. After trying in three, all unsuccessfully I realised that there were all the incorrect size. As I hadn’t felt welcome in this store I decided not to ask again for the correct size but to leave. Later on, I happened to bump into the lady who had been in the shop earlier. She too wondered how on earth the shop keeps going with customer service like this. Local oriole want to help local businesses service particularly when the high streets are declining. I’m not sure if the older lady who serviced us was an owner or an employee but whoever, please someone, feedback and accept that your service has got to improve. There are so many negative reviews on this site - that must be telling you something !!
