I bought an Annie Haak bracelet for my wife almost a year ago and the clasp has just broken. I contacted Annie Haak and they were so helpful. I returned the bracelet free post, they notified me when they had received it and then they repaired it. I was also notified when they dispatched it. What excellent service. My wife is so pleased to have the bracelet back, fully repaired.

I own several AH pieces, some bought from retailers and some from AH directly, I’ve been pleased with them all. I had one necklace bought for me as a gift which sadly after 9-10 months of wearing I found the clasp broke, I contacted AH and their CS were great, they sent me a returns label and kindly replaced it for me without quibble. I was so pleased as I missed it whilst it was broken, it was a silver star necklace that I wear daily as an understated piece. Thanks Annie & your team. X
