Bought a Himolla recliner from Annette’s 7 years ago, which has been superb, but recently a spring broke in the mechanism underneath. Rang Annette’s to ask if they could order a replacement ( I was happy to pay for it, the call-out etc ). They offered to come out THE VERY NEXT DAY to replace it, free of charge. They actually replaced both springs when they came out, rather than just the one.. Great, high quality products and fantastic customer service. Would highly recommend.
