Average - large amount of activities and amenities along with a great space for children. Issues are that gym equipment lies broken and is often not repaired for weeks. The car park is completely full after 9am at weekends and it’s ten times the price of a pure gym that has superior gym equipment. Hot food is poor - twice I have tried breakfast sandwiches and been served cremated bacon on stale bread. Overall , poor value for money.

The opening time on google is not accurate. I arrived 9:40pm because I checked googlemap that it shuts at 11pm. The sliding door was not opening from the outside and I got told the gym shuts at 10pm on bank holiday. Well then update it properly!

Very disappointed. We pay over £300 for monthly membership. Sometimes we leave things unintentionally in the changing room as we have two child to struggle with in there. We've never been able to get them back even by visiting the club reception the next morning. To give an example, we bought a brand new superhero water bottle for £40 that is well sealed. When asked the reception, we were told that left behind water bottles are often thrown away in the bin straight away for hygiene reasons.
