After a stressful few months, I booked a deep tissue massage with Steve to work the tension out of my neck and shoulders. I was very nervous as I'd not had a massage before but Steve was very reassuring and put me at my ease straight away. The massage was wonderful, it felt great to be able to move more easily again and best of all, I'd been suffering with pain in my jaw that two expensive trips to the dentist hadn't fixed but the massage cured this too. I wish I'd booked it months ago! I booked another session to work on tension Steve identified in my lower back and hips and he also provided advice on exercises to help. All in all a very professional service with great results that I'll definitely be booking again.

Had a sports massage today by Steve for my lower back. Don't be confused by the sports bit, I'm not a sportsman but every now and then my back 'goes' as my Dad used to say and carrying out everyday stuff becomes really tricky. The massage certainly works for me, it relieves the discomfort and makes me more flexible. He also recommended some follow up exercises to carry out at home. Many thanks Steve.
