Unhelpful staff! Man tried to charge extra for a drink clearly labelled on the shelf edge as £1.This was my second visit to this shop, the first time I was given the wrong change and the man was argumentative when I pointed out my change was wrong. Other reviewers have said it’s easy to park outside which I true but I will not use this shop again.

Worse shop ever….. got something delivered to this shop and the guy refuse to give it to me…it’s was a birthday present for my son and it was the right surname and address. Think he was annoyed I disturbed him He was so busy focusing on his phone watching cricket…..or something else. Hope he get what he deserved in the future…… I made a complain the Hermès etc ….. please choose another shop to get your stuff delivered

Annas is a lovely shop fully stocked for anything you may need. The staff are friendly and always ask if you need help. This is a great shop if you are looking for products that would cost a lot more at other shops in the High Street.
