I would 100% recommend Anna, you know you are in good hands. Anna is kind, puts you at ease and explained everything from start to finish so I knew what the problem was and how to fix it. After my shoulder was getting me down with discomfort and pain, she explained I would only need a few sessions with her, then it's up to me to do some gentle exercises to aid recovery. She fixed it.
