I feel fortunate that my kids are attending this centre as they love going to the nursery every day. All the kids there seem friendly, creating a welcoming environment. The staff organises great activities for both the children and parents, and the security measures in place are impressive. I am delighted with the centre's services.

The healthcare visitors here are unethical and Fail to follow a clear code of practice I have been harassed by a healthcare visitor her name is Franchesca towel she is absolutely unbearable to deal with I have advised her several times that her help is not wanted and she perceives and pushes to try and have a relationship with myself and to see my daughter which is very startling she’s also had the nerve due to this fact of me not wanting to see her to and take it to Social Services, my previous job role was an advocate and a childcare advisor for acting out and Cowgate Caroline advising mothers on weaning their children and any problems that they may have had during their pregnancy and after their pregnancy this is my second child which I have a child who is 17 years old so I really do understand within my community if I did need any help moving forward I now how to get it these people working under the Ann Taylor centre Are just doing what they want to do and not following the correct code of practice very poor code of conduct being followed

The worst children centre my child has ever been to everyday there’s a new injury that I was not told about the management has not respect for the parents they are rude and disrespectful and if the management doesn’t want you to speak to anyone they’ll say their on training and you’ll be able to hear it cause you’ll not or put on hold they are not keep to their word and they do not communicate anything with each other so you’ll always be told a difference thing by someone else and when you do call to ask they lie about it to cover their mistakes and if you don’t record your conversations with them in their eyes you’re the one in the wrong I would never in my like recommend this children centre to anyone cause they always call social services and tell them you neglect your child after the child has injured themselves at the nursery
