Passed on black friday & noticed the 50% black friday sale, so thought I'd get the daughter in law some lingerie. I was looked after by Sam & she was just a dream, helped me pick out gifts then i decided to treat myself, she asked my bra size & she was horrified I'd been wearing the wrong size for years. Downstairs we went for a measure, turns out i was wearing 2 sizes too big 🤦♀️ she then took her time showing me the different bras & matching knickers, at the same time making me feel comfortable & not rushed that i ended up purchasing 2 sets for myself also & wow what a difference in fit & comfort. Keep doing what your doing Sam, what an asset to the store.

I visited this store today (Market Street) and I was served by this big woman with a shaved head. It’s like my presence was irritating her spirit. I simply asked where they kept their balcony padded bras, I normally shop online and have never been to any of their physical store so I didn’t know where they kept their balcony padded bras that I was looking for. She was so rude and mean and had zero customer service and she told me that they didn’t sell padded bras and that she didn’t have a clue of what I was talking about. I had to ask her if I was in Ann Summers cause she got me thinking I was crazy but she quickly turned away and left me talking to myself. I wouldn’t be wasting my money on this business EVER again.

I needed a bra fitting and didn't know where to go. "Ann Summers" my husband pointed out so off we went. Jane the assistant couldn't do enough for me she was fabulous. I walked away feeling happy with my purchases and like she wasn't a saleperson but actually cared that I bought the correct thing. I will keep an eye on things online at A.S. as the quality is very good. Need to visit again soon for more items. Thanks Jane and keep up the fab work x
