Rubbish company- i hired them to clean my mother's place a few years ago. they were pretty rubbish at cleaning as i realised whenever i visited...but even worse was their admin. their bills were always full of mistakes including names spelt wrongly and dates etc wrong. but i put up with it as my mother had severe dementia and I was trying to help her. Months after she had passed away and 2 years after she formally left the place they used to clean (Dove court, Bradford) , they sent me a bill without dates and asking for cleaning my mum's flat AFTER she had moved (due to becoming totally paralysed and needing full time care. I asked them to send me evidence and they said i have to provide evidence of payment. this seems ridiculous even if i could do this after all this time. I always paid bills when they were isused but had noticed mistakes in them and had to call them to get these corrected before payment. I used to pay from my mum's account and as she has passed away there is not an easy to way for me to check as he accounts are now closed. . But even without that, they couldn't have been cleaning for her after she had moved out and other people had moved in!!! Rubbish accounting rubbish admin and rubbish customer support and shocking that they are cleaning for elderly vulnerable people

very hilarious
This company merely squirt water through a sweeping brush and sweep your windows. They don't squeegee them and they let the water dry in droplets on your windows leaving them looking dirty even though they have been cleaned. There is no soap involved and they really do clean your windows with cold water only. If you challenge them and ask if they will remove the droplets left they speak to you like something they have just trod in. Please do not hire this band of rude, obnoxious cowboys and get a proper window cleaner.
