Took nearly two weeks to respond to an initial enquiry and won't even look into mold/damp in the house because I don't have the council's permission. Morally wrong that you can't have someone tell you if there is hidden mold in the house so that it can be remediated for the sake of your two year old sons health

I really enjoyed my experience with Anke. Kevin came out to do the initial inspection, he was on time, incredibly experienced and informative. Sonny came out to do the job a few weeks later and was great to deal with.. cleaned up after himself and did a great job! The admin team also, very responsive and professional. I highly recommend Anke, great team!
