Rose Sofa set- Do not buy from them- 1st delivery wrong sofa delivered, as they changed the items colour code on the contract without my consent. 2nd delivery item damaged- they tried fixing the tears with staplers 😡 Did not sign for delivery, I put a note on there also took a picture. Make sure you takes videos of the damage while they are installing. They do not respond to mails, best option is to take legal action. Do not sign for the delivery if the item is faulty..! Make sure you keep copies of your mails sent to the director.. You could make a claim online with all the evidence. ***Do not waste your money and buy from them***

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE Worst customer service. Delivered a corner sofa with wrong size corner piece after lots of promises to fix it, we still have the wrong sofa after one year. All they care is to sell and never see or hear from customers. I should have been very very suspicious when they insisted on full payment before delivery Now I have sofas that are safety hazard, just the other day son of a friend hit his head.

Ordered the eymen corner sofa in light grey which they brought in dark grey, accepted it but then the buttons were coming off, contacted them many times so they could come and fix the bottons that were falling off and even told them i have a one year old and i am scared to put her on the sofa in case a botton falls off and she puts it in her mouth. Its been nearly a year now i have been waiting and now they are just airing my messages. Worst product and customer service!

When my order arrived, the armchair was damaged and it has been almost a year since my problem has not been solved. I also talked to the owner to solve my problem, but he doesn't care and doesn't respect the customer. I called them many times and they always had many excuses for not solving my problem.
