I had my wedding during covid and was only allowed to have a small amount of guests. I booked Anjana before we went into lockdown, so everything was up on the air on when or if the wedding would happen. Thankfully wedding went ahead, but very last minute, and Anajana managed to do my hair and makeup beautifully without much of a trial beforehand due to the short notice. I got married at the end of May 2022, I needed two separate looks. I searched for some time looking for a suitable make up artist for my wedding and reception. I hardly wear make up due to work and because of the way my skin at times can react. After talking to a few make up artists and doing my research I decided to go with Anjana as I saw the work she did in the professional magazines were looks reflected in her clients plus the looks differed. Gurj was good at explaining what I had to do prior to the wedding and what Anjana could and could not do and what I had to arrange myself. It was clear from the start, there were no unexpected surprises. I had not met Anjana before my wedding day hence I had no trial so I was stepping into the unknown even though I researched Anjana's work and it was definitely the right decision for me to have Anjana as my hair and make up artist, I was truly in safe hands. Gurj was good at keeping the conversation going while Anjana was busy getting me ready. Anjana asked me what I wanted and she delivered. I always worried about if the make up would look right on me but I did not need to. Anjana takes her time, 3 hours to get me ready from make up, hair, dress and dupatta setting and she did not stop until she was happy with everything - I honestly did not need to worry about a thing. Anjana produced two beautiful but distinct looks for me and I did not feel like it was heavy at all, the make up and hair stayed set all day and even after dancing on the second day. The dupattas were set wonderfully - on my wedding day the dupatta was very heavy but Anjana secured it well. The second day she tied me in tightly with my lengha but again, it felt secure and comfortable all day. Anjana looked after me and she and Gurj were patient with me, even when we struggled to get to the venue on time. Anjana and Gurj are punctual and Anjana is completely focused on you as the bride. She gives you 100% and does not stop until she is happy. I received many compliments for the make up and looks and the biggest compliment to Anjana was the number of people asking me who did my make up and hair even well after the wedding celebrations had ended. I thanked Anjana on the second day with a hug and I wanted to say thank you again Anjana, for making me look and feel my best. You were a wonderful lady throughout the process. Work with Anjana to look the best you can on your special days, I honestly believe you will not regret it. I highly recommend her. Services: Hairstyling, Bridal makeup
