Used these vets from the start to end of my dogs life. Always felt very welcomed and the staff were amazing and so kind with us and our furry friend. They went above and beyond to help even during an emergency visit on Christmas Day! Always gave the best advice and support in any decisions made :)

I have had a bad experience in the past with Insurance claims not being properly sorted. However recently these guys have really changed my opinion. I have a frenchie and he's always got something wrong with him from ear infection to spinal disease you name it he's had it. However he's my baby you do what you have to do, everytime I ring animal trust whether it's an emergency or not they see him and they sort him put I know I can rely on animal trust to help my baby when he's in pain. Thank you animal trust for being there 24/7

Absolutley dreadful. Utterly incompetent, cannot get anything right. One mistake after the next, leaving my dog without essential medication. Staff disgustingly rude and unprofessional. The 'not for profit' is also deliberately misleading as they charge twice as much as any other vet for procedures and medication. This more than covers the 'free' consultation and then makes them a healthly profit thereafter. NO NOT use. I will never go near them again.

We took our 10 week old pup in as she had a bad case of worms, she was seen very quickly by Amy who was brilliant with her and also helped put our minds at ease. We were in and out within 30 minutes and she was given medication on the same day which helped clear up the issue within a few days. I would 100% recommend this vets

Recently contacted this clinic as my 16 week old puppy was experiencing a lot of pain and blood in her urine. After contacting the clinic they provided us with an emergency appointment to go and see someone straight away and I was seen within 15 minutes of my arrival. I didn’t take the vets name but I would give her another 5 stars if I could. She was polite, very efficient and just amazing with the pup. She did a full health check and tested some samples whilst we waited. Within 30 minutes to an hour we had the results and walked away happy with some medication. Finger crossed for a speedy recovery. We attempted to get our pup into 5 other vets before we was accepted into this one and I honestly wish this was the the first and only vets we tried. I will forever be taking my pup back here. Thank you to all the people that helped.

First time using them Today with Freddie Chihuahua had to join the £14:99 a month Health plan as was told that there Practice was full but could get around this with the subscription . I can Honestly say am Impressed The foreign vet was wow 1000% percent she was brilliant so unbelievably friendly Knowledgeable caring and so so brilliant at her role here . The main thing about this plan is I receive 33% off all medications my dog is Now on 3. at another vets I was charged £215:00 for a 3 months worth of just 1 medication being cardisure 1.25mg. and a very quick 5 minute consultation I was informed by Animal trust that that medication would be £85 with them minus 33 percent around £56 pounds . Now the old vets Put my dog on another medication which if he needs it he needs it but I am very glad that I found out about Animal Trust I have lived in bolton many years And somehow wasnt aware of this company. Why the so many negative reviews about this company has actually led me to leave this good review to give you the good parts and not just the bad we all have our bad days :)
