    A few years ago I took my dog here because I was concerned about two lumps he had. One on his back and one on his groin. They charged me around £200 plus to have BOTH of them tested. I was told by the vet that the results said they were just fatty lumps. The lump on the back disappeared and the one on the groin grew bigger and bigger I took the dog to another vets and had the lump removed which wasn't a fatty lump it was a hemangioma which thankfully was benign. I was told that if I hadn't gone when I did it would be too dangerous to remove. This makes me sure they took my money and did not have the lumps tested at all. When I used to go here, especially through COVID, I always felt they were either charging me for things that my dog hadn't been in their care long enough to do or they were trying to get me to put my dog in their hospital for things. I won't be going there again and I'd advise anybody to avoid them. They could have killed my dog if that lump was Cancer it would have spread. All for the sake of £200

    Had to visit animal ark with my dog and found it very good place, was made welcome and Pedro the vet knows what he's doing, going in Tuesday for a procedure and not concerned for my dog.
